Due to a significant demand for repairs, we are currently only scheduling Martin and Taylor authorized warranty repairs, and currently there is a 3-4 month wait list (with the exception of emergency repairs).
Please email us at [email protected], with a brief description of the repair requested (pictures encouraged). We will review the issue and provide a scheduled date for your repair. If you are the original owner of the Martin or Taylor instrument, please register your guitar with them via their customer service contacts on line or by phone (if not already done).

Regarding finish repairs: We are only set up for basic finish repairs. If your repair involves considerable finish repair or major refinishing, we will likely recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly, or a professional refinishing service.
